At Coffee Chump we love coffee. We also love cocktails. So obviously when we learnt of the Coffee Chump cocktail we RAN to Sainsbury's to grab some bits. And oh my, it was with it. Dark rum, smooth coffee, and a little bit of cream make this a perfect after dinner treat (it's a pudding if we're honest).
RECIPE
100ml coffee - try it with Coffee Chump Woodburner blend
30ml single cream
45ml of rum - dark rum works best and we love this Copeland Smuggler's Reserve Rum (that's an affiliate link - if you click on it and buy something we might get a few pence as a thank you)
15ml of coffee liqueur like Tia Maria or Kahlua
METHOD
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour over all ingredients.
Give it a vigorous shake.
Pour into an Irish coffee cup filled with crushed ice and enjoy!
